Adobe · Design Lead
A 0 → 1 platform that brought Adobe's marketing solutions — analytics, targeting, campaigns, content, and advertising — together into a single, integrated cloud, with one shared experience for the modern marketer.

Context
Adobe's marketing solutions had grown up separately — many through acquisition — each with its own login, navigation, and visual language. Marketers were left to stitch them together by hand. Marketing Cloud set out to make them feel like a single product: one home, shared data and assets, and a consistent experience across everything a marketer touched.

Eight powerful but disconnected solutions — Analytics, Target, Campaign, Experience Manager, Social, Media Optimizer, Audience Manager, and more — each built by a different team with a different design language. There was no shared shell, no shared identity, and no shared way to move between them.
Unifying them into one cloud could turn a pile of point tools into a real platform — letting marketers sign in once, share audiences and assets across solutions, and work in one coherent, modern interface built to scale as new solutions joined.
The Shell
A unified navigation and home tied all the solutions together — sign in once, then move between analytics, targeting, and campaigns without ever leaving the cloud.
Core Services
Audiences, assets, and a unified customer profile shared across every solution — so work done in one place instantly powered the others.
One Design System
A single design language — components, patterns, and a shared visual identity — made independently-built products feel like one, and gave every new solution a running start.
